How do I place my order?
To place your order, follow these steps:
1. Browse through our wide catalogue of products until you find something you like, choose the relevant size and click on the ‘Add to Cart’ button (you are eligible to add multiple products on your cart)
2. In ‘My cart’, you can either choose to continue shopping or confirm the order
3. To shop with us, you can either log into your POPCON account or simply continue as a ‘New User’
4. Once the cart is all set, proceed to checkout, submit your shipping address, select the desired payment process and confirm your order
How will I receive my Order?
We will ship your product on your mentioned shipping address. We have tie ups with reputed courier companies, so your orders will be delivered to your doorstep. All orders will be delivered in fully sealed packages to protect your goods and ensure that they reach you in perfect condition.
How will I get confirmation that my Order is placed successfully?
We'll send an email with your order information to confirm and another email when your order is shipped out. POPCON provides COD (Cash On Delivery) as well as Online Payment method (Debit Cards and Net Banking). So sit back, relax, and wait for your awesome products to arrive.
What payment methods do you accept?
POPCON accepts All Debit Cards and Net Banking transactions (over a secure encrypted connection) as well as Cash On Delivery.
How should I check the status of my Order?
1. You can always log into your account from the ‘Login’ button on the top right and check the status of your order under ‘My Orders’.
2. Once your order is placed, we will send you confirmation of your order details over email. Again, once we dispatch your shipment you will be notified via email. In case of any unusual event which delays your order, you would receive a special update from our end.
3. If you still have apprehensions, write to us at email@example.com , and your issue will be addressed.
CANCELLATION & RELATED QUERIES
How do I cancel my order?
COD orders can be cancelled directly from the registered account before it gets shipped.
If the order is shipped already, unfortunately we wouldn’t be able to cancel it. However, you can politely refuse to accept the shipment and let us know about it.

What is the shipping philosophy of POPCON?
We promise our patrons one of the best experiences of online shopping that is hassle free and reliable. We take care of all the parameters that ensures your delivery reaches you in a sound state.
What is the delivery time period?
Orders within India are delivered within 2-6 working days, Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address.
Do you apply any shipping charges?
No!! POPCON provides Free Shipping on all orders. However, there will be nominal charge on Cash On Delivery shipping method depending on your location.
RETURN / EXCHANGE
Can I return a purchased product?
We have an Exchange Policy only for issue with size & defective products.
In which cases can I ask for a return?
1. If you are unhappy with the size of the t-shirts ordered, you can exchange it for another size, provided the required size is in stock with us and the exchangeable item/s are in their original condition, in their original packaging complete with all tags, instructions and are in resalable condition. Defective product will be replaced / exchanged with new product of the same size/style as the defective product based on stock availability.
2. Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our Returns/Exchange Policy. This will be ascertained at our sole discretion.
Who will bear the return shipping cost?
Only in case of size exchange or defective product we will bear the courier charges both ways.
How long does the refund procedure take?
The refund procedure will be initiated within 48 hours after we receive your product. Once initiated it will take 15 days.
I haven't received my refund yet. What should I do?
1. We update our customers through emails once we initiate the refund procedure.
2. If our last email states that we have initiated the refund procedure, kindly wait for the process to complete.

Do you take Bulk Orders?
Yes, we do. You can mail us your order and design details at firstname.lastname@example.org . We can workout a good discount for you depending on your quantity.
What to do if I forgot my password?
Just click on 'Forgot Password' option and we will send password resend link on your email address registered with us.
I want to place an order but I don't want any price tag or invoice attached as it is a gift for someone. Is it possible?
Unfortunately, no! Because of the prevalent regulations, we send the invoice along with the product. Tags are also left intact so that a product can be replaced if your loved one faces any issues
Is there any trial then purchase option available?
Since we sell only on our online store, there is no trial and buy option available.
I wish to add few more products in my order. Will it be possible?
Once you have confirmed the order and we have accepted it, unfortunately you cannot add any more products to your order. Although you can always place a new order.
